Terms of Service

PIXELRUSH · last updated September 30, 2026

1. What you're buying

You're buying digital space on the PIXELRUSH canvas: a block of pixels at a fixed position, for $1 per pixel, with no minimum — a single pixel is $1. Delivery is digital and immediate — your pin goes live on the canvas instantly after payment, and automated safety checks run on every pin. We intend to keep PIXELRUSH online for years to come, but we don't guarantee any specific lifespan.

2. All sales are final

Every sale is final. There are no refunds. No refunds for buyer's remorse, no refunds for pins removed for rule violations (see §5), no refunds for any reason. Before you pay, you check a box confirming you have read these terms — including this all-sales-final rule — and that you agree to them. The version you accepted is recorded with your purchase, and that version governs your purchase.

3. Your content, our license

You keep ownership of whatever name, message, image, and link you put in your pin. By buying a pin you give us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, copy, archive, and promote that content on and around the PIXELRUSH site (including screenshots, social posts, and the Wayback Machine archive). You confirm you have the rights to everything you upload.

4. Prohibited content

Don't buy pins containing:

Automated checks screen pins at purchase. They catch a lot, not everything.

5. Reports and takedowns

Every pin has a report button. Anyone can report a pin (spam, porn, malware, or other), and we review reports after the fact. Pins that violate these terms are removed without refund. We may also remove pins that break the law or put the site at risk, without refund.

6. No warranties

The site is provided as-is. We don't promise it will be error-free, uninterrupted, or available forever. To the extent the law allows, we're not liable for anything beyond the amount you paid us.

7. Changes

We may update these terms. The version you accepted is recorded with your purchase (terms_version), and that version governs your purchase.
